Membership Categories

River Forest Country Club offers the opportunity for you to join an extraordinary private club tailored to your lifestyle. We have a variety of membership classifications available to help you fully maximize the value of your membership.  We do offer payment plans for the initiation fees.  

RFCC Membership Categories and Privileges

Equity – Full club privileges and full voting privileges and can hold an office
 
Equity Leave of absence – limited club privileges during their leave.  Full voting privileges
 
Non-Equity/Master’s – Full club privileges and full voting privileges EXCEPT on issues regarding the sale of the club. Can hold an office
 
Non-Equity Temporary - full club privileges, no voting privilege or holding office
 
Senior Golf – full club privileges, no voting privilege or holding office
 
Young Family– Full club privileges, no voting privileges or holding office
 
Corporate Golf – Full club privileges during the week.  No golf on weekends.  No voting privileges or holding office. 
 
Junior Extension – full club privileges, no voting privilege or holding office
 
Widow/widower – Same privileges they had when their spouse passed away.  No voting or holding office.
 
Social – Full clubhouse, swim, tennis, social events, dining privileges, limited golf privileges.  No voting privileges or holding office.
 
House/Dining – Use of clubhouse for dining, social events.  No voting privileges or holding office.
 
Non-Resident – their permanent residence must be 100 miles away. They have full social privileges and pay for golf.  No voting privileges.
 
Honorary – Full club privileges, no voting or holding office
 
EP – Equity Play down – this is where resigned Equity Members can use their equity to purchase 1 or 2 years of membership.
 
*Full Club privileges include:  Greens fees, full use of practice facilities, pool, tennis, social events, dining
